Since your fee is dependent upon negotiating settlement terms your
client will accept, your motivation is to save your client as much

Earn Your Fee in 2 to 3 WEEKS!
Because these cases are highly time-sensitive, this can all be a
very quick process. Once you are hired, it should only take 2 or 3
quick phone calls and a couple of short letters or emails to reach a
settlement over a period of around two to three weeks. Your fee is
due and payable upon acceptance of a settlement by your client and
you always get paid before the creditor.
