My
name is Scott Soape and since 1997 my firm has become a national
leader in the Commercial Debt Resolution profession by helping
businesses arrive at mutually acceptable payment arrangements with
their commercial creditors. I have successfully owned and operated my
practice, working both from a major city office as well as a
home-office. All of this business can be done by phone, fax, internet
and mail and I only meet with clients if I choose.
Since founding my company, I have assisted hundreds
of businesses all over the country with their past due or disputed
debts, judgments, liens and lawsuits… and I have earned substantial
fees for my valuable service along the way.
“Owning A Business is the Way to Wealth”

Look around you and think of the most successful
people you know. Chances are they are business owners. In America,
the best way to acquire great wealth is by owning your own business.
Commercial Debt Resolution will not only provide you with a
substantial ongoing income stream, it will also quickly become a very
valuable and marketable asset in itself. Believe me, there are always
buyers looking for successful businesses and you may choose to sell
yours for a substantial amount of money
when you decide the time is right. Or you may want to keep it in the
family and pass it down to your children so they can enjoy the same
wonderful lifestyle as yourself.
I will show you everything
you need to know. Knowledge is the Key and my system
is tried, tested, proven and fool-proof.

About Me:
I
have worked in financial services and lived in the Austin, Texas area
since graduating from the School of Business at The University of
Texas in Austin.
While employed as a bank executive early in my career,
I taught banking classes in the evenings for the local community
college and served as President of the American Institute of Banking
in Austin. Drawing upon my expertise in managing multi-million
dollar bank investment portfolios, I joined a regional investment
consulting firm that was subsequently acquired by a large national
brokerage house. I eventually formed my own successful investment
consulting business which I owned and operated for ten years until
selling it in order to concentrate on my commercial debt resolution
practice.
I have been happily married to my lovely wife, Lynda,
since our senior year in college. We live in Georgetown, just north of
Austin, and have two grown sons.
