 Q: What, exactly, will I be doing?

A: You will be helping businesses settle their past due or disputed debts with their commercial creditors. Typically, all that is required is making a simple offer or two to the creditor and helping the parties arrive at a mutually acceptable payment arrangement. I will show you precisely how to do this and where to find clients.  

Q: Is this like mediation or arbitration?

A: Sort of, except that you will always be hired by the debtor business and you will always try to get them the best deal. You will not be an impartial mediator.  

Q: Isn’t this something only lawyers are allowed to do?

A: No. Since you will not be providing legal advice, you don’t need to be an attorney.  

Q: What special qualifications do I need?

A: Nothing special is needed. If you can read, write and speak, you are qualified! Apart from this, a good work ethic and some self-motivation are helpful. My information is easy to follow and the business itself is not difficult.  

Q: Do I need an office to do this?

A: You can easily operate from your home if you like. Many people do. Work part-time if you want.  

Q: What will it cost me to get started?

A: Once you have my complete Business Plan System, your other expenses should be nominal. Although not necessary, you will probably want to order business cards and maybe some stationery and I do recommend renting a post office box. Typical start-up costs total only about $100 or less for most people. As your business grows and revenues allow, you may want to add a dedicated phone line and a fax machine but these aren’t needed when you start. My manual outlines everything you need to begin and includes recommendations for your future growth.  

Q: What about competition?

A: There is a very good chance you will be the only business of this type in your area. Even if you’re not, there is more business than even a hundred companies could handle! Think of the number of real estate agents in your area and around the country. It would be impossible for one agent to handle all the business. Cases are plentiful and there is no way to get them all. These situations arise daily in cities and towns all across the country and I will show you where and how to find them.  

Q: How quickly will I get paid?

A: Usually within about 2 to 3 weeks of getting a client. All parties are highly motivated to settle these cases fast and you get paid once a settlement is reached. You should more than cover all your start-up costs within a few short weeks and with only one case.

Q: How much can I really expect to make?

A: Fees depend on the dollar size and complexity of the debt but average between $600 and $1,200 per case. Big cases are usually no more difficult than small ones and fees can be several thousand dollars for the large ones. I have been paid $3,000 for cases that took no more time and effort than cases generating only a $400 fee. I’ll show you how to set your fees. Under normal circumstances, earning $500+ per day is quite possible and a $100,000 + annual income will be well within your grasp.  

Q: How do I find cases and get clients?

A: The cases and clients are always out there. You should have more cases than you can work the day after you receive my Business Plan System. I’ll show you where and how to find cases. Many times, a single client will even have several cases for you to work at one time. Cases are plentiful and usually FREE to locate. There is no need to advertise unless you want. I will even tell you about you my highly sought after trade secret for getting other people to eagerly send business to you!  

Q: Do I have to meet face-to-face with people?

A: Only if you want to. All business can be done over the phone and by fax, mail or email.  I rarely meet with clients.  

Q: What kind of support will I get from you?

A: I will be available for free consultations for 60 days after you receive my Business Plan System and for your first two cases. If you like, I will even assist with your next few cases for a small percentage of any fees until you get comfortable. It’s up to you. My Business Plan System is very detailed and will provide you with everything you need to do and know to work the business on your own quite quickly.  

Q: Are there any other expenses or ongoing fees from your office?

A: No. You will have everything you need with my complete Business Plan System and be completely independent.  

Q: Why are you sharing this information?

A: My answer may surprise you. Frankly, I’m a businessman and I’m selling this information for profit. I have found over the years there is no way for me to get all the cases out there. There are literally thousands of cases filed monthly around the country. Although my core Commercial Debt Resolution business provides me with an extremely comfortable lifestyle, selling this information generates additional revenues.
